In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Customer may submit a written complaint via mail or email. The Scientific Educational Center Višnjan will respond to all comments and complaints within a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of the complaint or comment. During this period, the seller is obliged to provide the customer with a written or oral response to the submitted complaint. In the complaint, the customer must provide their contact information (name and surname, address, telephone number or email address) and a detailed description of the event/complaint.
The Scientific Educational Center Višnjan strives to resolve disputes, comments, and complaints amicably to the best of its ability.
