All payments will be made in euros. The amount charged to your credit card will be converted to your local currency at the exchange rate of the credit card association. The customer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase (submission of the online order). The customer is informed about the Terms of Purchase with each order, and by submitting an order, confirms that they are familiar with these terms.

The Scientific Educational Center Višnjan is subject to fiscalization in accordance with the Fiscalization in Cash Transactions Act (NN 133/12, 115/16, 106/18, 121/19, 138/20, 114/23).

Online Ticket Purchase is Irrevocable

Before confirming the order, the customer is required to carefully check all purchase details (date and amount of purchase, event, performance title, number of seats, etc.). After purchasing tickets, which is completed immediately after clicking on "Payment" in the online store, changes to the purchase or cancellation of the purchase are no longer possible. In the event of being unable to attend the scheduled event, we do not refund money for tickets already purchased.

Legal Basis for Exclusion of the Right to Unilateral Contract Termination

In accordance with Article 86, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22, 59/23), the Consumer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract from this section if:

1. the subject of the contract is the provision of accommodation services not intended for habitation, the provision of goods transportation services, car rental services, catering services, or services related to leisure activities, if it is agreed that the service will be provided on a specific date or within a specific period.
